After chatting with the guys at Mancini I went with the 21-223-4 from comp cams. That's if you want hydraulic. My setup is stock 383 bottom end with 906 heads, eddy perf. RPM intake, 650 Holley DP, full headers, and 4.10 rear end. And it's a 4 speed.
For street use I'd go with 750 with vacuum secondaries with some sort of dual plane. I chose the RPM. $400 CAD is pretty cheap though. I'll also agree with the top two posts. If you are comfortable with electronics go for EFI.
