The formal vinyl top with lovers was standard on Charger SE, WP29 cars. M07 was optional on WP29 SEs, and WH23 hardtop cars, and maybe even coupes. And yes if ordered on an SE the formal vinyl top with lovers was replaced with the full top and opera window.

It's press fit. Use the handle of a dead blow to gently tap it to the rear. It will come right off.

Pull the tire off and the splash shield between the fender and firewall off. Plenty of room to work on it in there.

I drilled out the heads on my originals to get them off. Soaked the clips in areo kroil and got the remainder out with some pliers. Bought new screws when I reinstalled.

Submerge the face in some lacquer thinner for a couple hours. The mirror will come off pretty easily, then you can disassemble the rest.
