Bob's done several radiators, and heater cores for me, but I'm not usually in a hurry. I drop them at Carlisle, and pick them up the following year.

Detroit Muscle Technology sells the kits for them, and reasonable. There are some repair, restoration services available, but it will cost to have it done. Years back it was around $800, if I remember correctly. While apart, check the heater core. Call Bob S at Glen-ray Radiators for that.

That looks like it connects to the temp level adjustment cable mechanism. What year and model are you dealing with, someone may have some pics to offer ?

Why not just throw a new Tstat in it ? Flush it and fresh antifreeze, you'll be good for years to come...
