I've used Phoenix Graphix for a number of decals over the years. Every single one was excellent quality. Recently I applied hockey-stick decals for someone's Cuda, decals were perfect & the installer even more so !
Do they still make them ? I still have a chrome one that I got many, many years ago, that I've used on a few different engines. Just changed the pie tins.
Opinions are useless. There's only one scientific way to answer the question.Give me one of each model. Let me drive both for awhile, say 20 years or so. Then I can give a valid viewpoint.
I'd suggest having a professional inspect it. I once checked a Chevy Nomad for someone. Looked good on the surface, they were about to pay a good buck for it. The vehicle was clipped. And it was a butcher job.
From what I recall, The 71 fuselage style was slated to appear in 70, but a strike hampered things, so the 70 cars received a makeover which obviously only lasted that one year.
