Interesting. The one time I didn't get a car myself ( long story ) I used a broker to get a car from the midwest. The experience was, to put it mildly... great. Could not have been better. Both cost and service.

It should be as noted above ^, on top OR above radiator. If not, either never stamped at factory. Or, possibly changed prior, as the radiator support is serviced in sections ( upper tie bar, side baffles, etc). If replaced, observe closely for non-factory spot welds.
So, you haven't done a compression test, but you've thrown parts at an unknown problem... I take it you haven't done any vacuum gauge readings, either.
