Thread revival.
If you look at the pics Nacho posted, the alignment of the Charger emblem and the engine size emblem is different in all three pics.
I missed that the first time.
To me that suggests some or all are restos and were positioned per the book, not as the car was built.

Definitely an interesting topic.
That's what the FSM says, but I've seen a few and none have had it.
IMO it looks odd. Would look better centered like a 70 Super Bee or 66 500.
I wonder if 400 4 barrel SE cars could get badges like that.
I've never seen a 71 440 or 383-4 SE with badges either.
When is the last time you priced parts?
I'll take all the non-rusty 250 dollar 73/74 RR hoods you can find for me, and I'll also take all the complete $500 833 non-OD transmissions.
I paid $200 for a decent RR hood 12 years ago, and that was a good deal then.
I bought an 833 OD trans between...
RH is a Sebring.
G is a 318.
Hood is worth at least $500 and if not rusted $1000
400 and parts is another $500 to $1000 if it turns and runs.
$100 each for slot rims, maybe more if they are 15", and even more if they are NOT uni-lug.
I agree with 69coronetRT

Interesting.
I see those sometimes, by lesser known MFG that have folded over, not stamped corners, leaving a gap to be welded or otherwise dealt with by the purchaser.
These appear to be stamped.
It's not an RP SSP, it's an RH Satellite Sebring.
RH got a wood grain sweep cluster.
RP and RM got the rallye dash, RL got a silver sweep, and also a raised black and silver pass side panel with no emblem.
Whoa- check out the door panel in that illustration.
It's a circa '73 top but with a 68-70 style arm rest and door handle!
Did 4 doors retain those arm rests past 70?
Interesting combo silver with a black top and blue interior.
I've never seen "F1", is that the lowest price class bench?
That'd be odd on a 400 4 barrel car.
...or is that the high back, split bench with armrest?
