I have hand formed the RO scoop and the MW scoop out of 20 ga mild plate. Easy to do, just takes some time. Otherwise glassman is the way to go. I bought my first one from him what? 20 years ago! Great quality.

Even if you do not buy the major parts from Brewer's, they are invaluable for the small stuff, and the info as to every part is there! They have been doing this stuff for 30 years or more, well at least Wayne has.
