I like the part where he says "aaahPM".....and there might have been a "caah" in there somewhere too!
Hahaha!
I visited an electronics recycling plant in Holliston a few years back for work and everyone had that wicked ahhsome accent.
I couldn't wait to get out to the cape for some chowdaah!
I'd start with the headers, and then a better carb...next would be the intake but that's likely gonna run you over your 1K..

That's what I was wondering... but it looks like a couple of oil slingers laying across a level that's mounted in a vise... what threw me off was the top one, looking through the timing cover at the dirt and weeds underneath lol
In this picture, the two on the left both look like left hand rockers, then the next two both look like right-hand rockers, and the last one looks also like a right hand.. at least that's how it looks to me in the picture. They need to be, if you start at the far left valve, in pairs L-R, L-R...
The rocker arms are not interchangeable, they are made in pairs of right and left. Look closely to make sure they are correct, the other problem could be the spacers/hold downs did not get put back in the correct order. If the rocker arm cup is on the pushrod, it shouldn't be far off the valve...
Complete(maybe stoopid!) shot in the dark here because I have no idea if they were even offered or how they might mount if they were, but is there any chance they were for an optional power seat motor?
