Beginning my 68 super bee restoration

Take your time and take plenty of pictures. I am surprised how the car looks after cleaning it off. Think we all have been down this road. It does not happen overnight believe me. If it is a one man job your in for a long journey. Good luck and a nice looking project.

Stupid question is why a roadrunner emblem on the steering wheel when it is a charger. The dodge emblem would be better. Yes, No, or maybe.

    Don's 1969 Charger Restoration

Looks good. Where is the dent. Had one on my runner and had to make a tool so I could get it out. Not much room to work on them through the holes.

    My 68 Super Bee project

Those upper bushing are fun. Ask me how I know. There is a guy that shows how to get them out and get them back in on the net. The upper control arm that is. Need a press. Have fun but be careful.

    1970 Coronet R/T Project (Dasfusca's Car)

If anyone has tried it there is a spot weld tip for your tig welder. Like most of you know the metal must be absolutely clean of any paint. Hold it for a three count was just right. It beat drilling holes and welding up that way. Also bought a pinch welder from harbor freight. It worked well...

    1970 Coronet R/T Project (Dasfusca's Car)

Grate patch panel work. Had to make pieces at the sail panel inner frame rail on mine. The rest of the car got full panels. Replace the inner frame rail on drives side due to rot in it also. Know it is hard to weld to the old, tired metal. Doing a great job there.
