The age old question. Is it a Hotrod or s Streetrod? What makes them so?

If you ever watched racing like drag racing I recall people who are professional saying" I had a pretty good hot rod today." To me any car that is made by the owner and modified to go faster is the definition of a Hot Rod.

    Anyone else plan engine builds?

I built 400 block 440 crank 383 rods with 1.73 compression height piston I bought for a 493 . Worked out nice with some sorce heads deck cut to 70 cc . Compression around 10.5 to one or so can't remember. But it runs great with a 228 236 525 roller cam and a six pack setup.

Tip sealer and 2 k primer not the same but you can use either . Sealer has a longer open window. Recommend get a quality clear coat and use the correct speed hardener for the temps you will be spraying. Use what you can afford to spend don't have to buy most expensive ether.
