Ive seen A carb done by Bill and Ive had several done by Scott. Not knocking Bill but if you are into showing a car at some of the bigger Mopar shows I would have to go with Scott. Cant say I can compare them performance wise
Hands down, Scott Smith (HARMS) Probably top guy in the hobby for carb restorations. Does carbs for all the high end car restorations
