    Window scratch removal/repair

I've heard about using toothpaste, also, and I believe it works. However, typically if you can feel the scratch with a finger nail, it is most likely too deep to buff out. You can also check your local auto parts store. They will probably have several different brands of cleaners that might...

    Fuel System

Sounds like you need a vented cap at least. That's a pretty nasty vacuum that's being formed in the tank. I believe there should also be an overflow vent in the filler neck which could be clogged.

Thinking of buying crate hemi? Input please.

100% agree with the above. Do not buy a crate engine, because you absolutely will have to tear it down and check clearances, etc. Do a search for Hemi builders and start making some calls.

    want ro raise the rear

Quick and dirty would be to put air shocks on, but your best bet would probably to be to get the leaf springs re-arched, add a leaf, or just get a custom set made. You can take the set on right now down to a shop, and tell them you want it to sit x-inches higher.

Buying a mopar with no paperwork

Owner's responsibility to get the title squared away. He's going to have to do it no matter what if he wants to sell it legally so the buyer can register it. Until then, stay away from it. If it seems like he's willing to work on it, maybe give him a couple hundred to hold the car until the...

    Dyno difference

15% to 25% is pretty close on average. Transmission and TC have a lot to do with it. A stock setup is probably closer to 20% to 25%.

    93 octane

Mostly the same, but there is a list of "Top Tier" gases that are supposedly better than others for various reasons. As far as the octane rating, that should be the same regardless of the brand. Here's the top tier website, for what it's worth. I really don't know what all it means, though...

can anyone tell me what this is?

Geez. You're right. I have no idea what I was looking at. I just saw it was on the inner fender, and totally blanked on the master cylinder. Duh! It does still look similar, though. Nice pic, by the way. Is that the Runner you had back in the 90's?

can anyone tell me what this is?

Interesting. It looks just like the starter relay in my Challenger. It's even in the same location.
