I couldn't tell you. The holley equipped 440s (non HP) were single snorkels, if I remember correctly.
The top and the bottom both appear to have 'aged' the same. I bought it in TX, the guy said he couldn't remember what it was on. And on Nick's Garage - Air Cleaner Identification I couldn't...
I'm pretty sure this is 68-69? Has the larger carb opening.
May also work on 1967, but if I remember correctly my '67 Coronet R/T had a smaller carb opening. Of course, if you have changed carbs to a later AFB / AVS / Holley then it will work. Has the CAP nipple on the snorkel.

Kickdown linkage I've had for years and don't see myself using it (until sold...lol)
