It felt rather good when Maintenance (adults) came in to the kids with something to fix/fabricate. I think I made a cast Aluminum plate for the front of somebody's car once a week at least. You know the type with the Make, Model and CI.

If he would buy another one today and return the older (October) defective one tomorrow on the newest receipt, if by chance the newest one won't work, he had already returned one (the older one) on that newer receipt. Will he be stuck with the newer one if it did not work? I'd have a friend do...

Do a continuity test on the cables, turn off the machine of coarse. Check the trigger/nozzel cable and ground cable for hooked up wire on inside of machine. Mine has a fuse but I do not know if it shuts down the whole machine or just the nozzle/ground arc.

Really nice tools, nibblers, but oh the thousands of chips (nibs). Especially those quarter moons, the points stick in anything.

And if you had that clip on tip you would not have to hold the hose. Although with the clip on tip you have to know if there is room to fit a finger and the clip lever at the location.

Works wonders, don't think I paid that, but when greasing dirty equipment with lots of zerks it is nice to have, it sucks to look down or up and see a glob of grease oozing out from under the standard tip. Really sucks when laying underneath and the standard tips pop off because you tweaked the...

Find out from the Manufactures if the Warranty is still valid if the product is bought on line. I do think to protect a warranty it may need to be descaled every year like mentioned above by moparnation74.
