    death from above

A couple thoughts I had. Whenever I own something like this my friends are ALWAYS wanting to borrow it so you buy it, use it and then let them use it (and store it of course) until you are ready for it again. Or better yet, buy one, use it and then BE that person who rents it. Someone else is...

Great American Graffiti display at the "Rod Run to the end of the world"!

It did look a bit lower in the movie but who knows what's been done to the car since the filming especially since it was a set car, but then this was one of 3 used too. Heck, I'm not even sure there was a motor in it being it was never fired up when we were there, then it would be higher in the...

I was surprised to see it too but I have to say, they should have changed the roller at least once during the paint job!

Great American Graffiti display at the "Rod Run to the end of the world"!

Yes budnicks, these are actual cars used in the movie. Some of you may nofice that the 55 is set up a different than what you might remember in the movie. This one has bucket seats in it while the one shown mostly in the movie has a bench. The man we were talking to at the show said there was...

Has anyone installed a garage attic fan?

In my other house (which is now my rental) I had a squirrel fan inside of a box that drew air from a central high point in the house and blew it through a wooden duct and out the gable end. Holy crap did it ever move air through that house. I could open any window or door on the cool side of the...

Anyone here ship car parts through Greyhound?

It is cheaper but like aforementioned, no home/business delivery. We've been using the Postal service a lot lately. They have been a lot cheaper and usually quicker on the delivery time, of course it depends on the size of the items too. They only ship so big of an item.

    "Snake & Mongoose" movie

That movie looks like it could be a cool one, hope it doesn't turn out to be a flop. The pics of all these vintage race cars are awesome too!! Love the looks of those slingshot dragsters, not sure if I'd have the guts to climb down into one, rest my gems on that axle pumpkin and race it, but...

Budnicks, No need to worry, I'm not currently or even seriously considering shooting the dogs, even with a pellet gun. Has the thought ever crossed my mind? Help me SHUT THESE DOGS UP!!!

Yea, shooting would probably be a bit excessive especially being that they're in their own yard. But there is a chain link gate that could be left open for an opertunity to arise for them to be on my property......... ok, thats not nice either. I really just want them to stop barking. The best...

Help me SHUT THESE DOGS UP!!!

Man oh man, it sounds like this barking dog thing is an epidemic!! I talked to the wife on Friday and she said she's on board with getting the anti-bark machine mentioned above. I told her it was about $90 and she said she doesn't care, its worth it if it works and we can enjoy our summer in...
