I bought a quarter skin for my '67 belvedere. It's not a complete quarter, they cut it short before it wraps around the rear of the car. Got it from a local guy who bout it off e-bay. I've seen these for sale on e-bay myself for around $140. Not sure if it's what you need but might look and see.

The best thing is to probably ship it to Zip code 97223 & I'll install on my car.........but if that's not an option I would say start cutting. Keep cutting at least 2" past any rust or damage. Then use your replacement panels. Might be easier doing the whole thing as oposed to multiple patches.
