I used Eastwood on my manifolds. Here are before and after pics. After about a year of regular driving, the manifolds still looked as good as the day I refinished them.
I use them on my street/strip car. My exhaust goes on and off the car very easily and I remove it for track use and just put turn downs on the header collectors. In the course of a couple of years of doing this, I had to replace 1 of them once because it stretched.

Manifolds with gaskets, no leaks. I did need to add some high temp RTV to the manifold connection to the exhaust pipe to fix a leak there (only on driver side).
