This is a one year only (I believe) standard dash AM radio for 1970 Dodge Plymouth B Body. I think it fits 1968 and 1969 but not sure. Radio powers up and I was able to get one station. Ground and positive wires were cut and repaired. Speaker wire is uncut. What you see is what you get...

You are correct. In 1970 they added holes to the spokes to accept the spacer if I am not mistaken. Although you could drill holes in the earlier wheel it wouldn’t be correct.
