I have a 73 charger that I'm looking to move the bumpers in on and remove the filler panels because they look like crap in my opinion..so has anyone else done this? Is it a hard process? I'm assuming some cutting needs to be done...will moving the bumpers effect the headlights/grill? Thanks any...
