factory police wheels were only 15x7". Some aftermarket companies make custom wider wheels. The only similar wheel that was 15x8 are the super coupe wheels but they have no bumps to retain a center cap. Here is another thread that talks about this same thing and give some other information...
I know this my be difficult, but it’s worth a shot. I have a 66 coronet 500 that is original paint except the passenger fender and hood. It is GG1 green metallic. I would like to, IF possible find a passenger fender and hood at minimum, and possibly the drivers fender. Looking for original paint...
looking for a nice clean RT hand, passenger side lower control arm with sway bar tab. One of mine has been changed out for a later model. I will post a picture of my left side for comparison. I am working on a 1966 Dodge Coronet 500.

Might help if you let us know what year and car you are looking for the parts for.
If it is early B body 62-65 parts, 66-67, 68-70, or 71-74.
If its 68-70 Sedan the rear quarter glass for a sedan is different for dodge and Plymouth.
