Wayne, I feel your pain! You maybe have already tried, but what about Kelsey Tire Inc. I purchased Goodyear F70-15 white lines from them years ago. They list the F60-15's on their website currently. Not inexpensive though. just a thought.
BIGWILLI, I cannot post photos in a PM. So here are some photos of my solution from long ago. The strap is fabricated from 1" x 1/4" steel flat bar. I do not remember if the attachment hole was existing in the frame rail or not. It was 40 years ago.

The dog leg at the lower end was to clear the vacuum reservoir on a Charger. I fabbed at least 3 of these back in the day. They worked great and are cheap to make. 1" x 1/4" flat bar.

Wayne, I "created" a torque strap for my Hemi 4spd car years ago (non power steering). Been working great for 40 years. Used to tell people it was the "rare optional for station wagons" factory piece. I can get photos for you if interested.
Sorry to see that Wayne. Glad you survived. The other stuff is repairable (but disheartening for sure). When you get to the door paint, I recently had a very good experience with a scan of 40+ year old R4 red to create a match in a single stage enamel for some steel wheels.
