What are you guys using to repair tear outs for the mounting clips in the cardboard/pressboard of the upper door panels for 71-74 b-bodies?

I'm at the point where I need to recover the bucket seats I put in my 71 Charger and 71 Satellite. How can you DEFINITIVELY determine if 71 or 72 bucket seats? Secondly why do I only seem to find 72 replacement seat buns online? Thanks in advance. Oh.. and I also saw a note on 71 seats you...

Bump and an additional question. 71 and 72 seat covers. Any real difference besides cosmetic? Will they interchange?

I did the same thing in my 71 Charger. I just bought the 3 cans needed to swap over. Biggest consideration would be P/S versus Manual steering. 71-72 b-body (Charger, Satellite, GTX, RR) and POSSIBLY E-body... at least the 3 cans.

Hello all. I THINK these are 72 seats due to the seat belt interlock wiring. Next question. Best way to repair/replace the broken mounting bolts on the slides?

Hey guys. I will soon be doing the interior on my 71 Charger. It's a bucket seat, automatic console shift car. Does anyone make carpet for that config specifically or will I have to take a bench seat automatic carpet and cut it to fit around the console brackets? Thanks.

I went with a Grant 967-0 Classic Series wheel because I wanted a wooden wheel on my 71 charger. Pretty happy with that.

Weld in the inner reinforcement plates, and the round spacers and you should cure your lean. Patrick

Are the upper driver and passenger bucket seat covers the same? Is there a Right versus a Left? If so how do you tell which goes on which side. The Car in question is a 71 Charger if it matters. Patrick
