If you go to the QA1 website there's a video talking about the b body front end conversion with k member replacement, control arms and strut rods, showing an orange 69 Coronet as the subject. That was my car. They borrowed it over most of a winter and spent a LOT of time trial fitting...
Wise move. The bolts would do little to control rotation of the axle under load, should a perch fail. Housing looks rough, or it's a terrible powder coating job.
Am I wrong? I thought some time ago I'd seen a plastic plug to screw into a proportioning valve for when you're bleeding the brakes (68-9 b body projects). I've got two cars with new valves installed and want to finish off the brake systems, but can't for the life of me find out where you get...
