Some weight savings with QA1 K vs oem. Really cleans up the underside of the car. Strut rods are very nice looking too.

If you go to the QA1 website there's a video talking about the b body front end conversion with k member replacement, control arms and strut rods, showing an orange 69 Coronet as the subject. That was my car. They borrowed it over most of a winter and spent a LOT of time trial fitting...

Wise move. The bolts would do little to control rotation of the axle under load, should a perch fail. Housing looks rough, or it's a terrible powder coating job.
