I believe that all of the round flat ones were found on the remaining A&B-body cars.
C-bodies had the square ones.
FYI, 1963,64,65 B-body wiper arms do not interchange.
The angle of the arm to to blade changed between 63 and 64 and the mounting design changed between the 64 and 65 arms.
It looks like another car with a color interior, but black carpets. My understanding is that was how they built the 4 speed cars that did not have a console. You got black carpets.

The vacuum advance is hooked up to the "ported vacuum tap" This is not manifold vacuum which is below the throttle plate. Ported vacuum is above the throttle plate. The vacuum advance should not come in at idle engine speed anyway. It gives you more advance at cruising speeds. On my street...
