The back cargo area of wagons took a beating from normal use.
I got so very lucky with my 64 wagon as it look like it never carried any cargo.
What you see in the pictures is all factory original.
And what is also amazing is the car had 140,000 miles on it when I bought it 22 years ago.
Boy, I count my blessings as the rear wagon area parts are impossible to find. I'm fortunate that the cargo section of my wagon somehow survived the ravages of time.
Here is a picture of the 1968 4th quarter shoulder belts. On contacted a friend who has a 1969 4 door Coronet and the shoulder belts in that car are # 2945155. Maybe the longer belt # 2953961 (the one in the first picture) is for a C-body?
Does anyone know if the shoulder belts used in the bucket seat cars were the same length as the ones used in the bench seat cars. Digging through my parts, I found an extra shoulder belt that has a part number on it 2953961 and a date code of 1968-4.
