    My Superbird just bought off of Ebay

    Regarding the bouncing speedometer...mine did that but also would sound like it was winding up too. I didn't fix it soon enough and it unsprung and broke the speedometer needle in half. Change or disconnect the speedo cable cable asap. Some have removed and repaired them too.
