looking at a 67 Sport fury with advertised original 440 and 4 speed. On build sheet under trans it has a 3. further below, next to engine code it has 394 in trans block. Anyone know if the codes align with a 4 speed for that car and year ? thanks in advance to all. I googled it and came up with zip.
Silver went to 48 dollars and change at one time. The US and other Country banks see the US printing more and more currency. The debt is about 24 trillion and the faith in the dollar has declined. Plus China is undermining the dollar and a lot are going to Bit Coin.
What irritates me is a car for sale and all the comments that have nothing to do with contacting the owner and opening negotiations. This is a for sale section and not a coffee club to praise or crap on a persons ad. AND the administrators let it go time after time.
HP can be the same...distance and gearing made the difference with everything else being equal. In the 60's , street races were light to light...so 391/410 gears were great. A lot of small blocks, geared right, embarrassed a bunch of BB with crappy gears.
They all screw the cars up..lowered,modified plus all the owners are millionaires...why not show a real setup...I have way more respect for the guy under a car pulling bolts that will eventually let the tree limb with the chainfall pull the motor.

But not butchered...I bought a 57 Plymouth that was rusted badly in 1965 for 12 dollars..Myself and 3 others kicked in 3 bucks each and learned how to drive stick.....Junked it later for 10 bucks.
