I mounted an aftermarket tach with shift light on my console......even though I have the sending unit under it for the factory and I believe my Son has a tach... but I like the newer version better as the old only goes to 6k
put some on the leaning side...none on the non leaning side to balance it out.....they are not mandatory on all sides if there is a noticeable tilt.....add some washers if needed also...simple fix
front seats are western scroll pattern familiar to satellite and GTX in 67. I have a 67 R/T and like that pattern better than the stock 500/R/T cover. Rear seat should be stock though as the satellite and GTX had a large center emblem not familiar or fitting to a 500?r/t car
http://www.dashes4u.com/...best and most economical experience I've had with dash's....got to remove windshield on 66/67 B body to get dash out.....PITA
the wooden wheel was My choice on My 67 GTX because I think it looks much "richer" and classier than a plain black wheel. Would look excellent with the white interior. Are You doing the western scroll covers ?
interesting and Your choice but , My 2 cents, it has little affect as it goes with nothing else in the interior...if the seats or door panels were the same color, I think it would be better but for an outside observer to "get" it matchess the engine bay,,a bit far fetched...nice work...clean...
That stinks...wish I saw this earlier as I used these guys http://dashes4u.com/ and they repaired My original dash and re-dyed it and it was so nice and inexpensive I sent the 3 lower dash pieces to them and had those done...I highly recommend dashes4u
