Everyone that sold them previously is sold out. I had a few extras last year and sold them within minutes. A WTB would be your best bet. Itried contacting Galen about reprints but got no response.
I don't think I have ever seen it mentioned or in print. Possibly buried in a service manual with a chart for different sized tires that were available and rear gear ratios.
