Not sure about the angle of a HEMI Head, or if you have the room, but on my RB I use a stud on the front and back holes.

One of the determining factors was that Doug’s only offered a 2” primary in the RB headers.
I’m more than pleased with the TTI headers.
The Robbmc starter fit my 440 / 4speed with the 143 flywheel, but my TTI headers are 1 -7/8"
There was plenty of room around the starter, so I'd think it would work with the 2" TTI's
