    My exhaust, your thoughts

“Speak softly, and carry a big stick” comes to mind. I like the sound, and if it performs well, that’s what matters

Is there anyway to adhere the header gasket to the header before..

Not sure about the angle of a HEMI Head, or if you have the room, but on my RB I use a stud on the front and back holes. They hold the gasket and help to align the header for the remaining bolts

Looks like it's going to be headers.

Remflex are well worth the money. I run them on my boat as well as my 440.

Looks like it's going to be headers.

I went with TTI. One of the determining factors was that Doug’s only offered a 2” primary in the RB headers. I’m more than pleased with the TTI headers.

    Asking for a friend....Headers?

My TTI 1-7/8” RB headers fit without so much as a scuff. I know you have a B engine, but I’d buy TTI based off of how well mine fit and the quality

    2" TTI Header gaskets

+1 on the remflex. Been using them on all my stuff for a few years now. Don’t let the price steer you away. They are worth the extra few bucks IMO.

    Opinion needed

Scrap the cutouts and spend the money elsewhere. Don’t be the guy with open headers running 12 second ET’s

How do you seal your exhaust manifolds/headers ?

Remflex here on all my stuff.

    Headers from JL Fabrication

I would agree that 2" primaries are too big for most 440's. That said, 1 5/8" is way too small

TTI 2 in headers 4 speed 143 tooth flywheel combo and a starter....

The Robbmc starter fit my 440 / 4speed with the 143 flywheel, but my TTI headers are 1 -7/8" There was plenty of room around the starter, so I'd think it would work with the 2" TTI's

looking for headers, with ease of installation

I just installed a set of 1 7/8" TTI's on my coronet. It's a 4 speed. I used a Robbmac starter. It was pricey, but I didn't want to roll the dice with an auto parts store reman offering and have to remove the drivers side header to replace a starter. The fit is perfect with zero denting of...
