Scarebird (uscartool.com) B Body Part Numbers

Doesn't fit well with the 68/69 sway bar location. You have to mount the calipers on the rear like stock - and you run into hose issues. All that is spelled out in the DiscoTech article. Ideally you want the brake lines to cross the steering axis and they won't on a 68/69 - and quite likely not...

    67 Coronet 14's front, 15's rear

Went out a measured my tires that I have on right now, 235/70/15 and I have a good 1 1/2 inches on the inside and 1 1/4 on the outside. So the 255/60/15's should fit without any issues. Bruce

    66 Coronet with a C-Body Radiator

Hello B-Body Guys- Since the rebuild (crane purple cam, edelbrock intake manifold, edelbrock 600 performer) of my 318 it runs noticeably hotter than previous. It used to sit with the needle over the A in ' TEMPERATURE' and since has been running over the U or R. On the hottest days it reached...

69 Super Bee 383, Holley brawler kicked on linkage? Does this look correct?

Black Sheep, got it - thank you. So I did take moes' advice and adjust the upper carb rod per the FSM (this is the 2nd part of the adjustment procedure that I did NOT do) and now the shifting in all gears is PERFECT. Firm but not harsh. Smooth, but not soft. Just right. So thank you all for...

    Tor Red vs. Hemi Orange

I have an update with good news. I went to a different paint shop and got another scan and they told me V2 Hemi Orange was definitely the best match! I believe the issue was the first paint store -- the one that told me Ford Competition Orange was the match -- was searching for a solid color...

Scarebird (uscartool.com) B Body Part Numbers

I did a Scarebird conversion on my 66 Charger a few years ago. Mine used the stock 10 inch drum brake spindles and 10 inch Lincoln rear rotors, but it did use the same Celebrity calipers. Works great in my opinion.

69 Super Bee 383, Holley brawler kicked on linkage? Does this look correct?

The Holley throttle adapter will move the stud higher which resin a longer arc of travel, I wouldn’t attempt to make any further adjustments until the adapter is installed.

Who has dared to drive across country in a classic Mopar?

Laundry places, and most other services are readily available using a modern phone. Or just cruise the main street. We are often in places we have never been before. I would caution about using google maps to navigate. You need real paper maps. Recently we met folks trying to get the West Coast...

I have that on my 67 wagon, courtesy of the PO buying it[ the new one] from Dr Diff. No issues for me. What's up with yours?

Me too. No dolly though, but have welders. If the listing went by phone number and city/town/area, it would be good. I'm not on my computer surfing constantly, but my phone is always close for a call.
