Here is what I would do. 1-Back off emergency brake. 2-Re-adjust all 4 wheels. 3-Adjust emergency brake. 4-Bleed all 4 wheels.

Are the shoes adjusted so the drum drags a bit when you rotate them by hand?

hopefully they have them,, i just had my red zones rebuilt while getting everything ready on my mega block build and they took over 4 weeks.

Thanks for the pictures. I will pull them back out and try reinstalling them by starting in the tight corner by the latch. Those Precision ones do seem to fit pretty well. I tried everything I could think of to get the seal to reach that corner but I did start inserting the seal at the top...
