Difference Between AC Fan Clutch and Non-AC Fan Clutch?

Also, some clutch brands have a heavy duty & a severe duty clutch. The HD clutch has more internal slippage, so that the fan spins at a slower speed. If you are chasing an overheat problem, use the SD clutch.

    OL McDOUGAL...THEY WERE CARS ....:(

Really liked these before driving years. There was a very very clean survivor 71 GT at the local ford dealer. 351C 4bbl console auto factory AM/FM dark green white interior, magnum 500's. Just a sweet car. Always wonder what happened to it.

BTW… I don’t even care still being able to read him… is true I can learn stuff yet for some of his posts, hence I haven’t ignored him, but this attack has to be stopped and the only way is blocking him from my posts. I have even clicked agree/like some of his post along the years (That’s what...

    Inner front fender crack?

Weld it, yes. What caused it, flexing, abuse, severe abuse? How are the door gaps? Wheel alignment? Probably the unibody is ok, but look for other signs of severe abuse that might require more work. Banged up under carriage, pa el gaps, etc.

Yes, I try to be practical on my posts and going straight to some fix/solutions (if any), from my own point of view or even my own personal experience dealing with my car using my tools (meaning also knowledge tools too). Can I be quite often wrong? SURE, well let’s talk about but… Yes there is...

Why Tommy Boshers Quit Auto TV Shows

I saw this pop up the other day, I don’t watch the powernation shows like I used to, so I’m wondering if he got a send off. Most of the hosts don’t seem to tho. Anyway he can probably do ok, I feel like he could bring the ‘professional’ car show vibe to YouTube and if it’s the same kind of...

The deal here is, last reply/quote/attack was a simply non sense/no real reason. Nothing theorical or electrical discussion by itself where we can be agreed or not, but just for whatever reason. @Kern Dog is on that thread and can testify it. Yes, I would like a total block or access to my...

Points or no points? That is the question.

I've been using a RevNator for over a decade and have moved it between multiple Mopars. I've really liked it, I also would love to use an FBO box Don is about 30 min away from me in Cottage Grove. I had Halifax set up my fire core distributor it's been awesome. I drive my Belvedere quite a bit...

It's not about stupid replies in this case Tom. I've noticed for a number of years Bob Renton going after Nacho, rubbishing everything he says. Nacho is a helpful guy and knows a lot about auto electrics and the practical way of fixing things. Bob is just a theoretical know-it-all. If it was...

    Inner front fender crack?

Thanks all. I know it doesn’t look too too bad, but I didn’t want to put the the splash guard over it. Im not a welder, that was my dad and one thing he did teach me about car repair, so I'm looking for a welder. Any contacts for anyone in the East Bay, Hayward CA is home.
