Loosen the 2 nuts holding the vent frame mounting bracket to the forward end of the door and push them outboard. Same with the track "fork" stud in the bottom of the door.

I’ve dealt with this question many times in the 1969 parts catalog working at the dealer. The question of early or late is, was the car built before or after 1/1/1969. Several parts in the 69 parts catalog ask this question.

Installed the passenger door hardware and glass but having some trouble getting it aligned right. The Service Manual says to lower window to 1/3 open and close the door. The problem I'm having is the top of the vent window frame needs to tilt in another 3/4 of an inch to properly line up...
