Has anybody used the Eastwood Contour Sct sander?

I have one. I like it. The various abrasive drums can be had on Amazon. So far, no cons on the unit. I've mostly used the carbide coated nylon bristle drum to prep bare metal for coatings. On rusted stuff it takes longer but thats ok

I have one. It works great. The harbor freight drums fit it. They are much cheaper.

B Bodies and Road Courses - My Super Bee Setup

Thanks so much to directing to the video. Back in the 80's, we ran a 69 GTX with a similar set up at LimeRock. We took in track days with the Porsche club out of NJ. Killed everyone on the long straight away, then lost time in the turns weighing in 700 pounds heavier.

Be careful if somebody contacts you saying they have a friend that has your parts. It’s a scam.

    62 Plymouth Certified Speedometer?

I once had a '62 Dart ex-OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) cruiser with a "Certified" speedometer. It was a 2-door sedan with 313, 3-speed manual on the column. It had 11" brakes and 15" rims that had the tabs to mount small hubcaps, like ones used on pickup trucks. It also had the zipper in the...

Thurust bearing taken out on new build. Help

Looking at that picture are you talking about the grooves at the top Center of the cap half bearings? What about the thrust bearing? The relief grooves on the sides? Just making sure… I always used Clevite 77. Would you know if these bearings would be an upgrade or are they specific for high...

    Cars with aftermarket undercoating.

Bring an awl and start hammering away at the various sections, if there are holes you'll find them. Looks like a solid car, in Northeast terms. My wagon is the same, caked on factory undercoating, looks like tar in some spots, dried out in others. I scrape off the dry areas and anything that is...

Looking for "clean" ignition wire for Sniper 2

I installed a ground and positive hub under the dash, as well as a ground hub next to the battery. No more running/splicing wires together, bad connections, multiple wires on the battery terminals, etc. Iirc, I ran both the ignition and start wires to the positive hub, it also has the voltage...
