That's why the Single plane and Dominator are reputed to be quicker. They weigh less. Oh, twin Holleys are about 6 lbs heavier than the pair of Eddy's

I pulled the metering rod from my AVS2 Edelbrock 650. It has the number 7037 on it. I can’t find any info on it. Is that a part number? What metering rod would 1 step larger and smaller?
Yup that is what it is.
In the picture below is a Indy crossram with Edelbrocks and beside a Super Victor and 1050 Dominator.
The weight was 54 Lbs for the Indy CrossRam and 27 Lbs for the Victor/Dominator.
My car had the original hangers in place, with the old 2" exhaust. With the new TTI 2.5" exhaust the original hangers made the tips contact the bottom of the bumper. The hangers in the kit put the tips about 3/8" below the bumper. So I used the ones from the kit. They dont hook into the frame...
As for buying tips, you HAVE to wade through FB and CL. The idiots you encounter are no different than the ones you used to call in the classifieds or Auto Trader. These are the go-to sales venues for local cars in today's world.

If you run the numbers in a decoder you get this. 400 in a 69 lol Not 100% sure i did it correct. Right to left bottom to top right?
