I'm about to build a jig to work on my Charger sheet metal. My question is about the 1" holes in the bottoms of frame rails. Are the holes in AMD rails in the exact locations as the Factory rails.

I have a couple of 69 charger fenders that I was thinking about welding the side marker lights up and cutting hole for 68 side lights. Is this the only difference in the two? thanks
I was looking at spot welders on the net and I was wondering what kinds do ya'll use? I see them from $149 to $25000 there was a few for around $1500 that I wouldn't mind investing in.

I bought a 1968 satellite 4 door to get parts for a 68 Charger that I am fixing. It has some really nice parts on it. I will be posting parts in the parts section that I am gonna sell, so be watching. Really nice complete dash, trunk lid, front end and a lot of misc parts.
Will the front inner structure from a 4 Door Coronet (Frame rails, torsion cross member, firewall, door pillars,and inner fenders) work on a 68 Charger?
