    How many straps?

    I climbed under my 67 Charger to check out why the fuel gauge might not be working (Looks like it's the sending unit) and saw there was only one strap. The tank is solid, tight and not moving around at all and I did not see any more holes where the straps would go. I'm guessing it only needs...

    Vent or filler tube?

    Are these vents or part of the filler tube? This one has seen better days and is cracking. Should I be concerned with changing them? Year One is saying there are two.
