    Doing a 64 Polara 2dr hardtop for my wife. Her favorite color is purple. I was thinking Plum crazy FC7 for 90% of the car. Hood with hemi scoop will be hot rod flat black. Also considering a black vinyl top ? Interior also black. Car will be garaged and only driven on sunny days. Comments

    Single stage or base coat-clear coat ?

    1964 Dodge Polara 2 dr hardtop. Basically going to be a cruise night car and occasional drag strip fun. Color: Plum Crazy Purple, black vinyl top, black interior. Any opinions on single stage paint vs base coat - clear coat. Not quite at that stage yet but wanting to make preperations. Thanks,

    molding removal

    Trying to figure out how to remove the thin stainless steel molding strip at the top of the door and below the quarter window on a 1964 Dodge Polara. I have all the rest of the moldings removed prepping for paint. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
