Played with the timing and a vacuum gauge and for some reason i cant get this motor to idle under 950 rpms. It may hold on but once in gear it stalls immediately. At 950 rpms im only getting 9-10" of vacuum and it goes downhill quickly after that. Something im considering is a manifold...
