On a 68 440, pass side valve cover in rear has provisions for a PCV valve. Problem is, with EFI, power brakes, and vacuum headlights, where do i go with this PCV valve hose?
Do i even need a PCV valve? Is anyone running a oil catch can for the PCV?
I have 69 SupeBee, 440 motor (not original), not sure of the year. I attached a picture of the oil pan. With a variety of oil pans possible, how do i know which fel-pro gasket to buy?
Ive found a good deal on an A833 4 speed overdrive transmission….. going in a big block 68 Charger…..but am now finding out the correct fit bell housing has to be from 1975 and up big block vehicle? Is this correct? If so, not much luck finding one so far…
Looking at a Charger, only have pictures right now…note attached pic of firewall, area circled in RED. I can’t figure out what that piece on the firewall is? Any thoughts?

Besides removing the linkage arm from steering column down to tranny, and removing the interior column shift lever, is the anything else that needs to be done?

Take car for cruise, at least 30 minutes or more. Checking temp gage, it gets to 200 really fast, but stays there while cruising back roads around 45-50 mph.

No experience doing this, but these are clapping enough to be embarrassing! Started with Lucas high zinc hotrod 10-40 oil, still noisy. Changed with Valvoline 20-50 Vr1, still noisy, installed Lucas Quiet lifter additive””, still noisy. Now considering Driven HR1 15-50? After researching here...
Will a 440 with Hooker long tubes installed, come out if 69 Super Bee, without the tranny? I really don’t want to go through re-installing headers again with motor in the car. Has A/T.
