    Help reading numbers

    I am looking to get a correct date coded block for my '68 GTX. A guy has one listed not too far away but something doesn't look right with the numbers stamped on the pad. My eyes aren't what the used to be so can someone tell me what this mess means? Thanks in advance for your help.
