    Which trans kit?

    Being that I have to drop my trans pan on my A904, I want to put a shift kit in it but my question is which one. TF-TC (62-UP) TransAction Kit (Fairbanks 10430 ) or B&M 10225 - B&M Shift Improver Kit Anyone used either one and what is your opinion.

    904 trans issue - no indent.

    /6 904 converter behind 318 (cheap stall)

    I have read that using a /6 904 truck converter behind a 318 w/904 will give about an 1800 stall. My question is has anyone done this and what were your results? I have access to a couple and wasn't sure if it was worth the swap.

    Oil pump drive gear question

    I am replacing the cam in a small block 318 and don't remember if I need to index the oil pump/distributor drive gear with the cam. Logic says yes due to the distributor but I have forgot how. Been many many years since I have replaced a cam. Any help would be appreciated.
