Are these valve covers reversed? Seems to me that bracket on the driver side should be supporting the heater hoses.

I was sort of cleaning out my Charger and found this on the backseat. I’m just hoping when they did the rear disc brake setup they didn’t forget to put this back. I hope they put a new one in.
