I had an absolutely perfect restored 1963 Dodge Polara 500 Max Wedge. Incredible documentation and a car you won't find as nice anywhere. The problem was is the car truly is a race car. It is very difficult to drive on the street where stop and go is the norm. Well I made a deal with RK Motors...
I have two as new Darrell Davis Registry Max Wedge Books for sale. The first one is a 1963 Dodge Ramcharger registry. Every model 1963 Dodge Max Wedge is listed by VIN. The second book is his latest offering. It is every Max Wedge both Plymouth and Dodge from 1962-1964, also listed by VIN. I was...
Look on Yenko.net under Mopar. There is a fully restored documented 1963 Plymouth Savoy Max Wedge for sale. It is the high compression and radio and heater delete. It was at the Mecum auction a couple weeks ago and got no saled at 50K. The car is in Iowa and the owner is asking 68K. If I had the...
I just purchased a new book from Darrwll Davis. It covers every Max Wedge, both Plymouth and Dodge from 62-64 by VIN and options. If you are looking at a car that is supposed to be a max wedge, this is a must have. They are in very limited supply, so if anyone wants one, check on Greg Lane's...

Curious no mention of documentation by Darrell Davis, Chrysler historical, or Galen Govier. Anyone know this car?
What do you all think a 1964 Dodge 440 426 street wedge with a 4 spd is worth? The car is #1 restoration with paperwork. What should the engine stamp read? Thanks
Let's start off by first saying I don;t see very wll so my question does not sound stupid. I noticed the stainless headlight ring is rattleing on my 1963 Dodge Polara 500. What I thought was a screw at the twelve o clock position, my friend tells me it is not. He said you have to get to it from...
Listed for sale is a real 1963 Dodge 330 Max Wedge. I checked and it is listed in Darrell Davis registry. Appears to be original motor. No reserve but a rather high starting bid IMO.
I have the opportunity to buy an original fluid pan for the torqueflite in a max wedge. It is unique to the max wedge only and not reproduced. It is as difficult to find as an original oil pan. Any thoughts on its value and a fair price?
Well a friend and I took the Max Wedge for a ride today. Definitely almost not for the street. With no shroud and a four blade fixed fan it is not conducive to stopping in traffic. It does not like to idle very long, but when the pedal goes down, WOW! I think I will stick to driving the other...
Max Wedge owners, what spark plugs are you using. I was fortunate to just come up with five boxes of original Champion J11Y plugs. I know originally the max wedge used J9Y plugs, but the 11's won't hurt and will actually be better for driving it to the occasional cruise night.
