    Pinion nut. Crimped or not?

    I put a new pinion seal in a 8 3/4 SUREGRIP and the nut I took off was Crimped. So I want to put on a new one. Should it be the same or a non Crimped nut. Seems the parts stores only carry the non. I would like everyone's opinon. Thank you billy

    Hello everyone. How do I go by looking up history on a Car? Like trying to find out what dealer it came from or the first owner and such . I do know that it originally a north Carolina car. Any help would be great Thanks Billy
