So original colors on my car were yellow, green stripe, with S6D interior with was white buckets with green carpeting, dash, headliner and also green painted upper interior panels.
I'm debating trying to keep original interior colors. I plan on painting the exterior a brighter / modern...
Wondering....so looks like a great piece to assemble and push an engine and tranny around. Once you insert it into (under) the car whats next? Cant put the k frame bolts in so what, secure the tranny, and put a jack under the k frame and try and remove the stand before inserting the k frame bolts?
so got these with a mopar part I bought...but not correct for that part.
they are 3/8 NC about 3/4" long with integrated washers.
they have a head marking that looks like an anchor.
my best guess is motor mount bolts
What do you think they are?
so originally the pump slipper rotor was held to the shaft with a key and a constant cross section retaining ring (similar to a snap ring) and that ring got ate up during the operation of the pump. Probably one of the weak points on these pumps. So I've got a snap ring that fits well, but...
anyone know anything about these cars? My charger daytona breaks out in a fit and acts / sounds as if it has a flat tire in the rear. starts to shake and "thump" like a flat tire then all of a sudden it will stop.
Not sure where to start, but thinking it may be a rear CV axle, rear wheel...
