So in doing some investigation, WT on the block means "Water test". Does anyone know what exactly that means? Why is it on some engine and not others? Can anyone describe the process? Thanks in advance

From From another site I visit. This Gentleman, Apparently has a Crate motor, presumabably from Mopar with no vin on it. Never been fired. I'm trying to get more info on it but it seems so far that the only numbers stamped on it are by the Dizzy "G440HP WT" Anyone have any info on these, Ever...
