i was digging thru the local boneyard today with my brother looking for a couple things. We came across this rear end in a road runner. Is this a Dana??? I know it is a bad picture, it is buried under a few cars. Are there any tell tale markings/castings? It looks big.
Thanks!!
I've just about had it with the tappered axle rear end in my 64 Dodge Polara. I'm thinking of swapping it out for a newer style slip on drum sure grip rear end. Will all other B body rears fit this car?
Thanks!
I must be doing something wrong... I'm trying to remove the rear drums off of my 64 Polara with tapered axle's. I've backed the shoes off, and I'm using a hub puller bolted to the lug studs. I'm heating up the drum/hub from the front with my acetylene torch, but the drum/hub just won't...
