Just finished painting the engine compartment today. Custom mix B5 blue to match the outside. Car is two stage but I opted to do the engine bay in single stage for simplicity. After the owner stripped the complete engine compartment with a hand held sand blaster, I fixed a gaping hole near...

    Meep's 68 Road Runner restoration

Finally, after sitting for nearly 30 yrs I can no longer say I'm one of those guys who will not sell the car but will fix it one of these days. Well, "one of these days" has arrived. After extensive review I decided to have a shop in OR do the body and paint on this car because if left to my...

Countdown to completion 1968 Road Runner

The clock restarted June 7th when I brought the car to Mike DeVee at Muscle Car Alley (in the middle of a forest in Oregon) for body and paint. He has just completed his fifth Road Runner so all the body contours are quite fresh in his head. I have seen his work and he does a nice job so I'm...

Only hang up was making clearance to get the cross member in but otherwise it couldn't have been a better fit, and I didn't need a saw to remove the cart once the K was...

    Meep's latest MoPar

Not a B body but it's still cool! Original GTS 340 number matching car - just like Mannix!! One of 214 and reportedly belonged to Galen Govier at one time. I'd like to trade the 4.5" BC 15" road wheels that are on it and replace them with Cragar SS.

    Meep-Meep's progress report

Trial fitting for the 69 RR....and strangely enough it all fits  The brakes are the 11.75" with the tall spindles and I will be using tubular upper A arms. Note: The tall spindles are not recommended with the OEM upper A arms.
